JOBS FOR LIFE CHAMPIONS
Champions provide assistance and mentoring to a small group of Jobs for Life participants as they pursue employment. This is done through building relationships with participants while encouraging them to apply the principles of God’s Word to all areas of life: career, finances, and family. Champions meet once a week for 6-8 weeks. The next class is TBD.

FAITH & FINANCES ALLIES
Allies provide assistance and mentoring to participants going through the Faith & Finance class, focusing on personal finance. Allies attend the class with participants, offering support on how to use their finances as a part of God’s Kingdom work. This is done through relational encouragement and accountability. The next class is TBD.

LUNCH AND DINNER PROVIDERS
Lunch Providers provide meals throughout the week for participants going through Jobs for Life. Dinner Providers provide dinner for participants going through the Faith & Finances program. These volunteers are contributing more than just a meal–they are providing a time for fellowship and relationship-building that is vital to the work at Mission Marshall.

MOCK INTERVIEWERS
Mock Interviewers prepare a small group of Jobs for Life participants for actual job interviews by advising them on basic interview tips and walking them through mock interviews. Each 8-week Jobs for Life class has one mock interview workshop, which lasts about 1.5 hours, as the participants are nearing graduation. The next class is TBD.
